Zhongshan Climate and Temperature

It is impossible to overestimate the influence of COVID-19 on our mental health as a society—a startling one in four people will experience mental illness at some point. And it's not as if this pandemic merely cast a spotlight on existing psychological frailties; no, it has, in many cases, spawned entirely novel afflictions that have left countless people reeling. Anxiety and depression, those twin titans of psychological woe, have been particularly merciless, their crushing grip suffocating the very life out of far too many souls. To make matters even worse, the epidemic has thrown a wrench into our mental health services' already overworked system, effectively strangling people in need of assistance. The financial cost of this psychological devastation is absolutely catastrophic, as country after country finds it unable to raise the necessary funds to even start tackling this rapidly worsening situation.

The rewritten text: As if a global pandemic wasn't enough to drive us all certifiably insane, COVID-19 has managed to exacerbate existing mental health issues and conjure up new ones like some sort of sadistic sorcerer. Approximately one in four individuals will find themselves tangled in the web of mental disorders each year - no small feat considering the plethora of other catastrophic consequences this virus has wrought. And if that wasn't enough, it's also thrown a major wrench into the already-overwhelmed machinery of mental health services, leaving those who desperately need help grasping at thin air. To add insult to injury, the financial burden is staggering, with many countries struggling to scrounge up sufficient funds for even the most basic initiatives - all while the collective anxiety levels of humanity continue to skyrocket like a SpaceX launch. In this perfect storm of psychological chaos, it's a wonder anyone can still find their way out of bed in the morning. Meanwhile, the mental health professionals are left fighting a desperate battle to keep up with demand, armed with little more than Band-Aids and a fervent hope that things will somehow magically get better. It has also been reported that people with pre-existing conditions have seen a significant deterioration in their symptoms. People who never experienced any mental health issues before the pandemic are now seeking help for anxiety and depression.
